MP Paradise Pools is a family owned and operated business that has been around for more than 15 years. It is a division of MP Construction which began over 25 years ago. Mike Picciariello, owner, and son Gino began his business specializing in concrete and since then have become qualified pool and spa technicians. Both oversee quality control throughout the business. Pat Carlucci, son-in-law, is also a qualified pool and spa technician and is our dedicated sales manager. Daughters Amy Carlucci and Michelle Picciariello oversee all of the operations as managers at four pool stores located in Niagara Falls, Welland, Fort Erie and St. Catharines. Both of them are also qualified chemical technicians. Dolores Picciariello, daughter-in-law, is the friendly voice you hear over the phone as the company’s secretary. We would also like to acknowledge our friendly and dedicated staff members who are loyal and have been a big asset to our company.
