Just want to thank Dolores and her staff for their amazing customer service they have showed me in the past week. I have been a customer for a few years now and I get nothing but the best service from the staff there. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell. I was having issues with my milky pool. They went through every scenario of how to fix my pool. Until tonight when she asked me if I had my hoses reversed. I rolled my eyes..jokingly and said " Duh..no. I have been doing this for years". So they came to my house and sure enough I had them backwards. Needless to say I was a little bit embarrassed but I was happy to know that this has been been my issue all along. I apologized like you should and because of them now I can swim again..LOL.. Thank you once again for clearing our green pool in time for my son's birthday party. Your staff were incredible and followed up with me the next day. Pool looks terrific and party was a success.
